UL Advances Customer Experience with Catalytic Collaboration

Catalytic supports UL in developing internal automated solutions for remote engineering reviews.

Challenge

UL’s engineering review process often relied on manual handoffs between Inside Sales, Engineering and Customer Service teams. The process also introduced risk of human error.

Outcome

The addition of Catalytic’s Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology helped reduce our remote review time from weeks to minutes, giving customers quicker turnaround times and faster time to market.
