HPA Announces Acquisition of Portfolio Company AmpliFund by Euna Solutions

We are excited to share that HPA portfolio company AmpliFund, a leading grant management platform provider, was successfully acquired by Euna Solutions, a provider of best-in-class SaaS solutions purpose-built for the public sector.

AmpliFund’s purpose-built grant management platform is designed for state, local, and tribal governments to manage every phase of the grant management process. Its configurable solution provides a full suite of features needed by grant funders and recipients to maximize grant outcomes, meet performance standards, and increase compliance. AmpliFund’s specialized grant management software complements Euna Solutions’ existing solutions, enabling customers to navigate the complexities of grant funding with greater ease—from application and compliance tracking to reporting and financial oversight.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Euna Solutions and continue our mission of simplifying grant management for organizations that make a difference,” said Scott Smith, CEO of AmpliFund. “Our combined expertise and technology will enable us to better serve our customers as they continue to serve their communities.”

HPA has supported AmpliFund since its first investment in 2013 when the company was named Streamlink. Since that investment, the company has become a market leader in grant management software and its successful acquisition by Euna Solutions is a testament to the great product the team built.

We would like to congratulate AmpliFund’s CEO Scott Smith, President/Co-Founder Adam Roth, and the rest of the team on this great outcome. In addition, we would like to congratulate HPA Deal Lead Bill Campbell who has shepherded this investment over the last decade.
