Provi retained Objective Paradigm's Priority Search team to hire their Chief Technology Officer and Head of Finance
Provi needed a superior candidate pool for the eventual selection of their Chief Technology Officer. They wanted guidance on how to attract the most qualified and engaging leaders and of course a partner to run a process what would ensure they could select a leader from a robust candidate pool.
Provi was able to attract and interview a leading Chicago based technologist into their CTO role. Their confidence in OP lead them to run the same process for their head of finance. The partnership was extended as Provi's hiring plan called for adding three more software engineers to their development team. The result was a partnership that helped to manage the recruiting process while bringing top talent into the organization.
Objective Paradigm was retained to manage the search and bring in some of Chicago’s top technologists to interview for the prestigious opportunity. Provi was able to select a CTO from an outstanding list of candidates and hired one of Chicago’s elite technical leaders into the role. When it was time to bring in a leader for the finance team, Objective Paradigm was again retained to manage hiring for this role. In addition, when it was time to grow the technology team, Objective Paradigm lead efforts to successfully hire three additional software engineers.
