E-Tech Group acquired several companies across the United States. Each company presented their hiring challenges, recruitment processes and agency relationships. The Talent Maven was charged with uniting all acquired companies with a new cohesive recruitment process while simultaneously building an applicant tracking system to be adopted by all hiring managers and interview teams. Additionally, The Talent Maven devised a robust 2022 hiring plan with the goal of adding 150 employees.
