Hyde Park Angels Lead Follow-On Investment in UICO

Hyde Park Angels (HPA), a Chicago-based angel network, led a second round of funding for UICO, Inc., headquartered in Glendale Heights, IL.

UICO designs and manufactures innovative user-interface (UI) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions, such as capacitive touchpads and touchscreens, for the durable goods markets.  UICO’s customized OpacoTouch™ and ClaroTouch™ user interface product solutions are easier-to-use and more robust than alternatives, solving real-world problems and providing significant competitive advantage for its OEM customers which include some of the largest manufacturers of durable goods in the world.
