Matt Darnall

Matt Darnall retired in July 2021 from his position as Managing Director, Industrials Group of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (a financial institution). Over a 36-year career at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Darnall advised companies on strategic, financial and corporate structure matters across a variety of industries, spending the last two decades leading the midwestern Industrial’s Group. Mr. Darnall currently serves on the Board of Directors of Olin Corporation (a global manufacturer and distributor of chemical products) and serves as a Trustee of DePauw University, Glenwood Academy and DuPage Foundation. Mr. Darnall earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.
