LAGO Asset Management, LLC (LAGO) is a multi-strategy private markets investment firm. LAGO launched in 2019 with the goal of supporting the founders of “Innovation Economy” companies – companies that are engaged in disrupting the status quo in their native industries or creating de novo markets through the offering of innovative products, services or technologies, or by creating tech-enabled business models aimed at enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and speed to market.

At LAGO, we strive to increase a company’s ability for success by partnering with founders and providing capital according to the needs of the company at various stages of its development. To that end, LAGO provides Enterprise Value-based senior secured term loans ranging in size from $3 – $30 million for companies with greater than $5 million of ARR / revenues, and venture capital from $250,000 – $5 million in Seed to Series B+ stages.
