HPA Announces Acquisition of Portfolio Company Moonnox by Certinia
We are excited to share that HPA portfolio company Moonnox, an AI-native automation platform purpose-built for the professional services sector, was successfully acquired by Certinia, the leading global provider of AI-powered Professional Services Automation (PSA) and is backed by private equity firm Haveli Investments. Certinia provides Moonnox the platform and distribution to scale what the team has already built.
Moonnox’s platform captures real-time context across the applications where services work actually happens—Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and more—and turns scattered, unstructured data into trusted, actionable intelligence. Its suite of AI agents automates administration, project management, and project deliverables, freeing delivery teams to focus on higher-value work. Moonnox’s technology complements Certinia’s trusted systems of record across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Financial Management, extending Veda, Certinia’s System of Action, and bridging the gap between what teams know and what their systems capture—from proposal through delivery to renewal.
Customers are already seeing results. Spaulding Ridge, a global cloud advisory and implementation firm, used a Moonnox agent to cut solution architecture drafting time 4x, from roughly 80 hours to under 20. Neocol brought its entire sales team live on a new SOW-drafting workflow within nine days of launch.
